Full Job Description

Crown Risk Solutions is seeking experienced and professional Security Officers to join our Licensed Venues team across Sydney.

Please note: This role is not for static security work.

Applications are welcome only from those seeking Licensed Venue and Event security positions.

Currently hiring for below locations:

- South-West Sydney region

- Camden region

- Campbelltown region

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate strong personal presentation, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering outstanding front-line customer service and support
Identifying risks and responding effectively to incidents
Performing general security duties, including administrative tasks
Working collaboratively within a team environment
Applying negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Maintaining the ability and confidence to work independently
Being flexible and adaptable to various venue requirements

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must hold the necessary qualifications, experience, and attributes, including:

Current NSW Security Licence (1A)
Current First Aid Certificate
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
Professional personal presentation
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Flexibility to work across multiple locations
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Full working rights in Australia
