Location: Bradbury, NSW

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: AUD $80,000 - $90,000 per year plus superannuation

About the Role

NobleSkin Laser Clinic is a growing cosmetic and laser clinic focused on delivering high-quality treatments and exceptional client care. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of the clinic and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsabilities

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic
Coordinate staff schedules, client appointments, and booking systems
Maintain accurate client records, invoicing, and payment processes
Manage supplier relationships, stock control, and ordering
Monitor expenses and assist with budgeting in collaboration with the accountant
Implement and improve administrative systems and procedures
Support business growth by identifying operational efficiencies
Liaise with external service providers, including marketing and accounting

Skills and Experience

At least 2 years of experience in office management, administration, or similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with booking systems, invoicing, or client management systems
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Work Details:

Full-time position (38 hours per week)
Work location: Bradbury, NSW
Position is on-site
