Full-Time or Casual Chefs – 4 Day Work Week by the Beach!

Location: Spero Greek – The Wharf, Mooloolaba (no visa sponsorship available).

We’re on the hunt for passionate chefs to join our vibrant, supportive kitchen team. Whether you’re an apprentice just starting your career or an experienced chef looking for a better work-life balance, we’d love to hear from you.

4-day working week – more time for life outside the kitchen
Any hours worked over 40 per week paid as additional hours for Full-time
Choice of casual or permanent positions

✅ What we’re looking for:

Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery (preferred, but not essential for apprentices)
Passion for Modern Mediterranean food
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure
Flexibility to work weekends and holiday periods
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
