Job Description
As the face of the practice, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service

Managing appointments and clinician schedules

Answering phone and email enquiries

Processing payments and health fund claims
-
Maintaining accurate patient records

Supporting the team with day-to-day administration tasks

Helping ensure the smooth operation of the practice
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:

Dental experience is a must

Knowledge of dental software
-
Friendly, professional and highly organised
-
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

Confident in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Reliable with strong attention to detail
-
Experienced in reception, administration or customer-facing roles
This is a casual position to cover shifts 3 days a week.
