Practice Support Coordinator | Neuro Rehab | PT 9am–3pm (FT option) | Sunshine Coast
$30-32 per hour (depending on experience)
Sunshine Coast Neuro Rehab is seeking an experienced, warm, and motivated Allied Health Receptionist to join our supportive neurological physiotherapy clinic.
Our team includes five Physiotherapists, a Therapy Assistant, and a Practice Manager who works off-site. This is an independent role, ideal for someone with a mature outlook who enjoys taking initiative and being a positive, energetic presence for clients and the team.

About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients with specialised neurological needs. Kindness, patience, and professionalism are essential. Our services include clinic-based appointments, community visits, and hydrotherapy on the Sunshine Coast.
Hours: Part-time (minimum 9:00am–3:00pm), with the option to increase to full-time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients with warmth and compassion; manage phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
- Book and coordinate diaries; support clinicians’ daily workflows.
- Process billing and payments; complete general administrative tasks.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming clinic and ensure optimal cleanliness across reception and shared areas.
- Actively support our amazing team — contribute to a calm, organised, friendly environment.
- About You
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Allied Health or healthcare setting.
- Kind, patient, and understanding, with a genuine desire to support specialised clients.
- Fun, active, enthusiastic, and confident working independently.
- Highly organised, reliable, and takes pride in presentation.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable with practice management software and general IT.
What We Offer
$30–$32 per hour (depending on experience).
Part-time (9:00am–3:00pm),over 5 days with flexibility and opportunity for full-time, with the opportunity of career progression.
