Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference in people's lives?

Join our innovative and supportive team at our Healthy Living Centre, located on the stunning Cairns Esplanade. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with compassion, problem-solving and collaboration to deliver meaningful outcomes for people living with spinal cord injury and neurological conditions.

About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will work as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, client-centred care that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and maximise their independence.

This is a permanent full-time position offering autonomy, professional growth and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values both clinical excellence and staff wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualised physiotherapy services to clients with neurological conditions, including spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy and post-polio syndrome
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Manage your own caseload while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Support clients to achieve meaningful functional and lifestyle goals
Contribute to a positive, flexible and supportive team culture

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Bachelor of Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
Experience working in a client-focused environment (experience in disability, rehabilitation or neurological conditions is highly regarded)
Strong clinical reasoning skills and confidence managing a diverse caseload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client care
A genuine commitment to teamwork and delivering exceptional outcomes
