LUXMII is an Australian-born eco-luxury womenswear and lifestyle brand, crafting timeless artisanal linen essentials. With a growing customer base across Australia and internationally, LUXMII is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction of our online and in-store sales, marketing, and office operations as the brand continues to grow.
About the Role
Reporting to senior management, the Sales and Marketing Manager will take charge in shaping and driving LUXMII's commercial strategy as the brand expands its footprint in the competitive women's fashion market. Overseeing both the online store and future in-store presence, they will lead the growth of LUXMII's linen collections across new and existing markets, strengthening the brand's reputation for sustainable, eco-luxury design. Drawing on their commercial experience and market insight, they will set and deliver sales targets, build customer engagement across all channels, and work closely with LUXMII's teams to ensure the brand's continued growth both in Australia and internationally.
Please note: The advertised salary is the base amount and excludes superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent subject matter knowledge of women's fashion, particularly linen garments, ensuring LUXMII's collections and messaging stay consistent with current market trends.
- Oversee LUXMII's social media presence and future in-store market presence, analysing performance across both channels, implementing changes where needed, and managing overall sales results.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans across LUXMII's e-commerce site and retail/stockist touchpoints to achieve company objectives.
- Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies and set sales targets to maximise LUXMII's sales and customer loyalty across all channels.
- Direct the development and implementation of strategies to promote LUXMII's linen collections to the widest possible audience, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop strategies to build brand image and brand loyalty, reinforcing LUXMII's positioning as a sustainable, sustainable-luxury womenswear brand and driving increased consumption of its products.
- Direct strategies to build and maintain LUXMII's image and reputation with customers, investors, wholesale partners and the wider public.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, including new customer segments, geographic markets, and stockist or wholesale and B2B partnerships, to expand LUXMII's customer base.
- Analyse market trends, sales data and customer feedback to inform new season product development and marketing strategies.
- Manage all marketing activities and communications for the company, including digital campaigns, content, and brand collateral.
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a genuine interest in fashion and sustainable design. As a senior sales and marketing leadership role, they will bring strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage cross-functional responsibilities spanning strategy, brand, and operations across both online and physical retail environments.
Pay: From $79,499.00 per year
