Job Description
As Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting the clinical team, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and high standards of care

Lead, support and develop the front office and clinical support teams

Manage staff rostering, leave planning, and daily workflow coordination

Deliver exceptional patient service and handle escalations professionally

Support the clinical team to ensure smooth appointment flow and patient experience

Monitor and manage administrative processes including billing, reporting, and compliance

Drive team engagement, performance, and a positive workplace culture

Work closely with senior leadership to achieve business and operational goals
Qualifications

A confident and adaptable leader with proven experience in team leadership or practice management

Dental or medical sector experience is preferred but not essential

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships

Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and supporting team development

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Solid understanding of financial management, including budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and P&L

Confident using technology and open to learning new systems
