About the Role
As a Fuel Tanker Driver, you will play an important role delivering bulk fuel safely and efficiently to our retail sites and commercial customers across North Queensland.
Key responsibilities include:
- Safe operation of fuel tanker combinations
- Loading and unloading fuel in line with Terminal and SLP procedures
- Compliance with Dangerous Goods, environmental and company safety standards
- Completing delivery paperwork and electronic transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean and professional vehicle presentation
- Providing professional service to customers and site operators
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current MC Driver Licence
- Current Dangerous Goods Licence
- Current Safe Load Pass (SLP)
- Minimum 3 years articulated driving experience
- Strong understanding of BFM and Mass Management requirements
- Sound knowledge of Dangerous Goods and petroleum safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A reliable, team-focused attitude
- Current Cairns terminal inductions highly regarded
