Dentist – Established Cairns Practice | 3–4 Days | Growth & Autonomy
This is more than another associate dentist role.
We’re one of Cairns’ long-established dental practices, trusted by generations of local families and well regarded in the community. With an experienced clinical and support team already in place, we are now entering an exciting growth phase — expanding the practice, investing in modern technology, and building a team that shares our commitment to high-quality patient care.
We’re looking for a dentist who wants to do meaningful work, build long-term patient relationships, and grow with a practice that values quality over quantity.
The opportunity
This role would suit a dentist who wants clinical autonomy, strong support, and the opportunity to develop their interests in areas such as restorative dentistry, cosmetics, implants, oral surgery, digital dentistry or comprehensive treatment planning.
You’ll have the time, tools and support to do your best work — no rushed appointments and no pressure to compromise patient care.
