Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead and oversee all mechanical aspects of our mechanical construction department. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all mechanical construction activities.

Oversee mechanical subcontractors, engineers, and construction crews.

Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Ensure compliance with project plans, codes, and safety regulations.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

Identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.

Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred but not essential).

Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in mechanical construction management.

Proven track record managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems installations.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
