Restaurant Supervisor – Full Time

Ela Modern Bistro

Ela Modern Bistro is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operations of the venue and lead the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and high standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations
Lead and motivate front-of-house staff
Deliver outstanding customer service
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Assist with staff training and rostering
Maintain cleanliness and service standards
Ensure compliance with food safety and RSA requirements
Work closely with management and kitchen teams

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager hospitality role
Ability to confidently carry 3 plates at a time
Confident carrying drink trays in a fast-paced environment
Experience with wine service and wine presentation preferred
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Excellent presentation and customer service skills
Current RSA certificate required
Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
