The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate at CQUniversity is a collaborative, forward-thinking team focused on building a strong and consistent brand across all audiences and channels. We lead strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the University’s profile, support student recruitment, and drive engagement through innovative content and targeted campaigns.
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Officer to join our Lead Nurture and Automation team. In this role, you will leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms, audience insights and compelling content to deliver targeted communications that drive engagement throughout the prospective student journey.
Working across brand, advertising, future students and insights teams, you will design and optimise nurture journeys, using segmentation, personalisation and data-driven decision-making to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.

Position Requirements
Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and digital campaign delivery, particularly email marketing.
Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret data, implement data-driven marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance.
Highly developed written communication skills, with experience in content planning and creation for digital audiences.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver integrated marketing outcomes.
Degree in marketing or a related discipline, with at least four years’ relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
Understanding of the Australian tertiary education sector and Tertiary Admissions Centre (TAC) processes (Desirable).
