Elite Insight 360 provides individual soccer player video analysis, helping young players and parents better understand performance, technical strengths, decision-making, and areas for improvement.
We are looking for 1–2 confident, reliable, and professional Brand Ambassadors to help distribute promotional flyers and connect with parents at youth soccer games at Blacktown Football Park.
This is a fantastic role for uni students, senior high school students aged 16+, current/former players, or anyone with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for football.
The Role
Youth soccer games run heavily on Sundays across multiple fields, clubs, academies, and age groups. Your main objective is to help drive brand awareness in a fun, community-focused football environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Distributing flyers to parents and spectators across the venue
- Engaging in casual, knowledgeable, and respectful conversations with parents about our video analysis services
- Briefly explaining what Elite Insight 360 does and who it helps
- Directing interested parents to our website, Instagram, Facebook page, or enquiry form
- Moving actively between different fields throughout the day to maximise reach
- Representing Elite Insight 360 in a positive, energetic, and professional manner
Schedule & Hours
Days: Sundays during the winter soccer season
Hours: Approx. 9:00am – 4:00pm, flexible depending on match schedules
Referral Bonus Opportunity
You can earn extra on top of your hourly rate.
For every referral that is converted into a paying customer, you will receive an additional $10 referral bonus.
A referral is considered converted only when:
- The parent/customer quotes your name or unique flyer code; and
- The customer completes a paid booking with Elite Insight 360.
General enquiries, social media messages, or unpaid leads do not qualify for the referral bonus.
Important Conduct Note
Because this role takes place at youth sports events, the target audience is parents, guardians, and adult spectators.
We require a respectful, non-pushy approach at all times. Approaching children directly as the main target is strictly prohibited.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching people
- Confident speaking with parents in a professional and respectful way
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on-site
- Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for several hours
- Well-presented and able to represent a growing sports analysis brand
- Interested in football, youth sport, player development, or community events
A strong understanding of the NSW youth football environment is highly desirable, including JDL, NPL Youth Leagues, academy pathways, trials, and player development.
However, if you are confident, professional, and willing to quickly learn the basics of our service and the football environment, we would still like to hear from you.
Desirable, But Not Required
- Previous experience in promotions, flyer distribution, sales, events, coaching, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Playing or coaching experience in football/soccer
- Multilingual skills such as Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, or similar

- Our analysis packages
- The key talking points
- How to answer basic parent questions
- How to refer detailed questions to our website, social media, or enquiry form
How to Apply

Because this is a public-facing role that requires confidence, energy, and clear communication, the video introduction is an important part of the application process. Applications without a video may not be considered.

- A quick introduction of yourself
- Your football background, if any — for example playing, coaching, refereeing, following local football, or involvement in sport

- A short 15–30 second example of how you would politely introduce Elite Insight 360 to a parent on the sidelines
