We operate a high-volume, rapid-output automotive service centre with a consistent backlog of work. We specialise in complex diagnostic assessments, comprehensive mechanical overhauls, and strict adherence to client deadlines. About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, resilient, and self-motivated Motor Mechanic to join our team. This position is strictly for an experienced professional who thrives under operational pressure and takes pride in technical accuracy. If you excel in fast-paced workflows and possess advanced troubleshooting capabilities, this role offers an excellent environment to leverage your expertise.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Execute advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics accurately.
Perform complex engine overhauls, drivetrain repairs, and major component replacements.
Manage high-volume daily workflows to meet uncompromising customer timeframes.
Utilise modern scanning hardware and diagnostic software efficiently.
Maintain flawless quality control and strict safety standards under pressure.

Skills and Experience Required

Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
Proven Track Record: Minimum 1-2 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a busy workshop.
Diagnostic Expertise: Advanced proficiency with scan tools and electrical fault-finding.
Equipment: Possession of a comprehensive, professional inventory of hand and power tools.
Licence: Current, valid Australian manual driver’s licence.
Attributes: High physical stamina, absolute accountability, and strong communication skills.
