Narangba, manufactures, supplies and installs a wide range of aluminium windows and doors for the residential and commercial construction markets across North Brisbane and surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking a motivated
Installation Coordinator to join our team. Working alongside a supportive and collaborative group, this role is responsible for coordinating labour and scheduling installations to align with factory capacity while ensuring customer requirements are met.

The Role
- Plan, schedule and coordinate installation and service teams to deliver work on time and to Australian Standards
- Liaise closely with production and factory teams to ensure jobs are delivered in full and on schedule
- Maintain and update installation schedules in line with customer requirements and operational priorities
- Communicate proactively with customers to manage expectations and installation timeframes
- Drive quality outcomes, minimising rework and maximising customer satisfaction
- Support team performance, safety and efficiency in line with company policies and procedures
About You
- Experience in windows, construction, manufacturing or service-based industries (preferred)
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Confident using computer systems and able to learn new platforms quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, organised and confident taking ownership of your role
- Passion for delivering great customer outcomes and building strong relationships
