Job Description
Caboolture Private Hospital has an opportunity for Hotel Services Assistants to join our friendly and collaborative Patient Catering team on a casual basis. Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service across the hospital. This varied role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to patients’ daily experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Provide excellent customer service
-
Maintaining food hygiene, safety practices and clean work areas

Delivering food and beverages to patients and staff
-
Cleaning hospital wards and departments to required standards
-
Managing your workload effectively while working productively within a supportive team
Your Skills and Experience
-
Previous experience in a catering or housekeeping role desirable, but not essential.

Strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm under pressure
-
Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
-
Punctual, reliable and have a strong commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
-
Compliance with Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety
-
Certificate II or Certificate III in Hospitality (desirable)
Remuneration
$27.30 - $30.13 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (RHC QLD Support Services Enterprise Agreement: Support Services - Level 1)
