Full Job Description

Senior Residential Electrician – Run Your Own Division
Location: Sydney
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm

Titanium Electrical Group is expanding and we are looking for a highly skilled, forward-thinking electrician to take ownership of high-end residential projects and operate with complete autonomy.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a serious operator — someone who can run jobs from start to finish, think ahead, solve problems independently, manage workflow efficiently, and maintain exceptionally high standards without supervision.

You will be working across premium residential builds, architectural renovations, lighting design installations, switchboard upgrades, and bespoke electrical solutions throughout Sydney.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and delivering high-end residential projects independently
Running jobs efficiently from rough-in through to fit-off and commissioning
Reading plans and coordinating works proactively
Maintaining high-quality workmanship and presentation on premium sites
Liaising professionally with builders, clients, and project managers
Problem-solving on site and planning ahead to keep projects moving
Upholding compliance and maintaining high standards across all work

Requirements

NSW Electrical Licence
Minimum 5+ years post-trade experience
Strong high-end residential experience essential
Ability to run projects with zero supervision
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability
Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000
White Card
Full Driver Licence
Own tools
Professional presentation and communication

Highly Regarded

Home automation experience (Control4, Dynalite, etc.)
Switchboard upgrade experience
Data & communications experience
Leadership or project management capability
