We are actively recruiting for an experienced and motivated Travel Agency Manager to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the travel agency, managing client relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. You will play a key role in growing the business, developing the agency’s presence in the market, and leading a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel agency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and travel partners
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
- Provide expert travel advice and tailor travel packages to client needs
- Manage bookings including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, and travel insurance
- Lead, mentor, and support staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and travel-related issues effectively
- Maintain accurate client records and databases
- Utilise social media, marketing platforms, and networking opportunities to promote the business and attract new clients
- Stay up to date with travel trends, destinations, and industry developments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel industry regulations
About you:
To be successful, you will have previous experience in a travel agency management or senior travel consultant role locally or overseas.
You will be passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences and customer service.
You will have strong leadership skills, business development experience, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
You will be a positive person and a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
You are a highly motivated achiever with a strong sales focus and desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
