The Role
We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Specialist who knows how to bring a brand to life.
This is a hands-on, creative-meets-analytical role where you’ll be responsible for building engaging content, driving campaigns, and connecting with our audience across digital channels.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social platforms and our website
- Bring campaigns to life through EDMs, video, guides, and digital assets
- Own and elevate our social presence and community engagement
- Manage website content, supplier assets, and content shoots
- Collaborate across teams (including influencer & partnerships) to deliver campaigns
- Track performance across social, web, campaigns and optimise based on insights
- Support broader marketing initiatives including promotions, launches, and brand activity
What You’ll Bring
- A solid understanding of digital marketing, social media & content creation
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice
- Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CMS platforms & email marketing tools
- A creative eye for content (bonus if you’re handy with video)
- Confidence working with data (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.)
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- A proactive, self-starter mindset - you get things done

Experience
- Degree in Marketing (or similar) + 1 year experience OR
