Housekeeper / House Manager – Byron Bay, NSW
We are a busy household located in Byron Bay, seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper/House Manager to join our family 5 days per week. You will be responsible for maintaining our 4-bedroom home and ensuring that day-to-day household operations run smoothly and seamlessly. We are a household of two adults, one teenager, and two friendly dogs, experience with pets and families is essential.
Both adults work from home full-time, so the home is an active, working environment during the day. We run fast-paced businesses from the house, which means we need someone who can keep things running quietly and efficiently in the background, anticipate needs, and operate with a high degree of initiative and independence.
Confidentiality: This is a role that requires the utmost discretion as business is conducted from the home, and one household member is a public figure. Confidentiality is non-negotiable.

- Preparing a healthy lunch daily for the household (both adults work from home and require lunch prepared each day; our teenager requires lunch prepared before leaving for school at 8am)
- Preparing dinner for the family 5 nights per week. Dinner should be as ready-to-eat as possible before you finish at 3pm, whether that means a meal ready to heat on the stove, something prepped and ready to go in the oven, or a dish that's fully complete
- We have very high standards around food quality and nutrition — we will walk you through everything we need, and simply ask that you follow it consistently
- Friday prep includes ensuring the fridge is well-stocked and any weekend meals or meal components are prepped in advance.
