We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator or Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Preschool Room in a part-time role (4-5 days per week).

About the Role
- Full-time position (flexible 4-5 day week – negotiable for the right applicant)
- Lead the Preschool Room and guide a small team of passionate supportive educators
- Design and implement a high-quality, play-based program
- Support school readiness through intentional teaching and meaningful learning experiences
- Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
- Mentor and support team members within the room
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive centre culture
This role offers autonomy to lead your room while being supported by experienced management.
About You
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood
- Previous experience in a Preschool or Room Leader role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Confident leading programming cycles and critical reflections
- Experience supporting children with additional needs, challenging behaviours and neurodivergence
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Current Working With Children Check
