We're on the lookout for reliable, energetic superstars to join our friendly team in Byron Bay!

Click ACS is a majority Aboriginal-owned business providing Domestic Assistance, Gardening and Transport support services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), helping older people stay safe and comfortable in their own homes. We're a community-focused business that values integrity and care, and we proudly support inclusive employment and communities across regional NSW and the ACT.

This is a meaningful role where you'll help with basic domestic assistance, and bring a little joy to someone's day who may need it most.

About the location

This role covers both Byron Bay and Lismore. You'll be rostered to either location depending on where our clients need support, so you'll need to be able to travel to and work in both.

Your day will include

Light domestic cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms and kitchen
Other light domestic tasks and general household upkeep
Monitoring client welfare
Respectful, friendly conversation with clients
Reporting or flagging any concerns or emergencies via form submission

What we need from you

Ability to work across both Byron Bay and Lismore
Registered, insured and reliable motor vehicle (minimum third party insurance)
Valid, unrestricted driver's licence
Full working rights in Australia
Smart phone with the capacity to download and use apps, plus access to mobile data
Valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain at your own cost)
Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain at your own cost)
Valid First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate (or willingness to obtain at your own cost)
Aged Care Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain at your own cost)
Happy, friendly attitude
Solid communication skills
Genuine care for our clients and their wellbeing, and willingness to go the extra mile when needed
Reliability and consistency — our clients rely on us for the things they can no longer do, which means they need us to show up, as often as we can
