ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly specialised Advertising Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, with the ability to be available in person several times per week. This is a senior, multifaceted role requiring an exceptional combination of strategic advertising expertise, advanced digital platform proficiency, and deep familiarity with Human Design as a commercial and brand strategy framework.
The nature of our business, operating at the intersection of digital education, live events, and proprietary AI technology, demands an advertising professional who can operate across multiple complex verticals simultaneously, with the ability to analyse performance data in real time and make immediate strategic adjustments to drive growth. In-person presence is essential to support content and podcast production, retreat coordination, and the ongoing development of our AI platform.
REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS
Annual salary: We offer an attractive salary commensurate with your work experience.
Performance bonus: Available based on business revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Build complex advertising strategies and campaigns across all digital platforms, email campaigns and social media channels to support the business's sales objectives and overall vision
· Monitor and refine advertising strategies and campaign direction to effectively reach target markets, build brand awareness, and communicate the commercial value of the Human Design methodology to entrepreneurial audiences
· Execute marketing campaigns including content creation, copywriting, video scripting, podcast promotion, social media asset production, paid advertising through Meta, delivered within defined time and budget parameters
· Analyse and interpret market trends and consumer behaviour to identify demand, new opportunities, and competitive positioning for existing and new product offerings including digital courses, retreats, memberships, and AI software
· Design, execute and continuously optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads Manager, including advanced audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and real-time campaign adjustments based on performance data analysis
· Analyse and report on the performance of all advertising and marketing initiatives across platforms including Meta Ads, Kajabi, and Stripe, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend
· Consistently evaluate the performance of all marketing strategies, promotional offers, and campaigns on overall business profitability and make adjustments for improvement
· Create, schedule and publish targeted marketing content across all social media platforms and the business website, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement across all channels
· Provide recommendations and implement updates to digital content to improve search engine metrics, platform discoverability, and organic reach across all channels
· Coordinate in-person retreat and event marketing from pre-event campaign development through to on-site content production and post-event promotional activities
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 5 years’ demonstrated experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or a comparable specialist role.
· Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, campaign structure, creative testing, budget optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
· Proven experience developing and executing integrated advertising campaigns across paid social media, email, digital platforms, and other relevant channels.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret advertising, audience, conversion, and commercial data and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
· Experience developing advertising and promotional strategies for digital products, online courses, memberships, product launches, and live events.
· Strong content and communication skills, including copywriting, social media, video scripting, podcast promotion, and digital campaign asset development.
· Strong working knowledge of Kajabi or similar platforms, including sales funnels, landing pages, email automation, campaign tracking, conversion optimisation, and AI-assisted marketing workflows.
· Demonstrated knowledge of Human Design in a business and brand context, together with strong project management and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
