Your Opportunity
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our pastry team.
As the Chef de Partie - Pastry you will work alongside the Executive Pastry Chef to deliver exceptional products.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Lead the pastry alongside the Executive Pastry Chef with full autonomy, ensuring consistency and finesse.
- Produce exceptional plated desserts, afternoon tea offerings, petit fours, and banqueting pastries to the highest standards.
- Innovate with seasonal and signature dessert menus while preserving classic techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and kitchen team while confidently managing your own section independently.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, HACCP standards, and kitchen organization.
- Uphold the resort’s culinary reputation through attention to detail and excellence in execution.
You will demonstrate:

Formal qualifications in pastry
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end, fine dining or luxury hotel/resort setting and boutique/pastry shop.
- Experience with both à la carte and banqueting is essential.
- Impeccable hygiene standards to ensure compliance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety procedures, including knowledge of HACCP
- Proper stock control, ordering and rotation
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Desire to work in an energetic team setting
- Impeccable professional attitude including care for personal grooming, punctuality and service quality
- Great attention to detail
- Flexible with working hours
