About the role

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects relating to a comprehensive front reception area, including leading the front-end reception team, whilst maintaining high standards of patient care, data integrity, bookings and effective workflow.

Key tasks and responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support the front end reception team
Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for new staff
Identifying areas for improvement and further training
Provide timely and accurate feedback to Medical Receptionists
Conduct probation and performance reviews
Implementing new practices, workflows and training
Liaise and coordinate with managerial staff across modalities/functions and branches
Overseeing and managing your department budget

Excellent knowledge of Apollo/MyRIS and front office procedures

Above all you should demonstrate a consistent ‘can do’ attitude and commitment to your own development.

This position is Part Time 4 days a week or Full Time

There is an expectation for the successful candidate to work rostered weekend hours as per the operational requirements of the branch.
