We’re looking for a Project Manager who takes full ownership of project delivery - from planning through to completion - across South Australia.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of project delivery - not just coordinate it.
You will take responsibility for end-to-end project delivery - ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You will manage multiple construction and installation projects, working remotely with frequent site travel. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, manage risk, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with subcontractors, clients, councils, and internal teams to keep sites moving and projects on track.
Further, your responsibilities encompass:
Manage construction and installation projects across South Australia
Coordinate subcontractors, installers, and site activities
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site safety standards
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes
Identify and resolve issues early to avoid delays and rework
Liaise with clients, councils, and internal stakeholders
Oversee quality control and project handover
Minimise defects and reduce after-sales issues
This is a work-from-home role with regular site travel, managing projects across metro and regional locations.
You are a practical, experienced Project Manager who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
You will bring:
Experience in construction, civil, landscaping, or installation project management
Strong understanding of WHS requirements in Australia
Experience managing subcontractors and site-based teams
Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages
Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, organised, and accountable approach
