Join the LEAD Childcare Head Office Team.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Office Administration Support person to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys contributing to a well-organised and efficient workplace.As a valued member of our Head Office team, you will provide administrative support across a range of functions, helping to ensure our systems, processes, and communications run smoothly. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and take pride in delivering high-quality administrative support, we would love to hear from youAbout the Role.

As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting administrative operations across the business. You will work closely with managers and team members to ensure efficient administration, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional internal support. This position requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement, and make informed decisions while understanding when approvals are required and when independent action is appropriate.

Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Desired Experience

Previous experience in office administration, business support, or administrative roles
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and administrative systems
Understanding of administrative processes and compliance requirements
Knowledge or awareness of the childcare and early education sector would be highly regarded, but is not essential
