Full Job Description

We are looking for a Casual Optical Dispenser with a knack for making people happy, because who says customer service can't be fun and fabulous?

This role is essential for assisting customers with their needs and ensuring the smooth operation of the dispensing process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and appreciate the flexibility of casual working hours, contributing to our commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and obtaining products from the dispensary.
Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and products according to prescriptions and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensing area.
Provide information and support to customers regarding product usage and safety.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Handle transactions and manage inventory levels effectively.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in dispensing preferred.
Previous experience in a retail or eyecare environment is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Basic computer skills for managing inventory and processing transactions.
