About the Role

You will work with children and families across the Gold Coast, Tweed and NSW Northern Rivers regions, delivering assessment and intervention services within an evidence-based Key Worker and Early Childhood Intervention framework.

Our client base primarily includes:

NDIS participants
Early intervention clients
Children with developmental delays
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Speech, language and communication disorders
Motor speech disorders
Social communication challenges
Feeding and swallowing needs

Services are delivered in a variety of settings including:

Clinic
Home
Community
Early childhood settings
Schools

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments
Develop and implement individualised intervention plans
Deliver evidence-based therapy services
Build the capacity of families and caregivers
Collaborate with educators, health professionals and community supports
Work within a transdisciplinary Key Worker model
Maintain high-quality documentation and reports
Contribute to service improvement and innovation

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced clinician who is passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
Eligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status
Minimum 7 years' experience
Experience working with children and families
Strong clinical reasoning skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Current Driver Licence
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
