About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer to kick off their career as part of a global marketing team, creating campaign assets across our Australia, UK, and USA regions. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Southport, QLD.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce assets for marketing campaigns across digital and print, including social media graphics, EDMs, brochures, and advertisements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to contribute to and execute marketing campaign initiatives.
- Create collateral in collaboration with influencers and partner brands within the industry.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Knotwood®'s brand guidelines and visual identity across all three regions.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or 1-2 years of industry experience in a graphic design role.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating foundational skills in graphic design across digital and/or print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for grammar and tone.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a team environment.
- Full-time, in-house role only.
- Australian work rights required for this position.
Desirables
- Photography and videography skills (but not essential).
- Exposure to or experience with EDM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
