We are looking for a visionary Lead Educator who is ready to shape an incredible team and create a world of wonder for our little learners.
Step into a high-end, architecturally inspired environment designed to spark curiosity. Our centre features stunning open-plan rooms bathed in natural light and premium natural play spaces. Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 101 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About you;

You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
looking for a full-time position - 5 days per week
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
A current Working with Children Check
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Australian Working Rights
A professional and friendly personal presentation
Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
