About the Role:
As a Pick Packer, you’ll be part of a hands-on warehouse team responsible for accurately fulfilling and dispatching customer orders. You’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are packed with care, stock is organised, and customers receive their items on time and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Label and process orders for shipping
- Assist with basic inventory handling, including stock replenishment
- Unpack and organise incoming deliveries
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
- Support the wider warehouse team with day-to-day tasks
- Follow packing standards to ensure consistency and quality
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Is reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Communicates well and works effectively in a team
- Takes pride in doing things accurately and efficiently
