Speech Pathologist (Contractor) – Founding Team Opportunity

Gold Coast Allied Health | Robina, Gold Coast QLD
Contract | Flexible Hours | 70/30 Revenue Split

Are you a Speech Pathologist looking to grow your own practice within a supportive multidisciplinary environment while maintaining flexibility and autonomy?

Gold Coast Allied Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist Contractor to join our founding clinician team as we prepare to open our brand-new clinic in Robina on the Gold Coast, with an anticipated opening in the middle of August.

This is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow your own practice while being supported by a modern clinic environment and experienced operational team.

Join an Established Founding Team

You won't be starting from scratch.

We have already welcomed founding clinicians across multiple disciplines and are building a collaborative allied health environment with team members including:

Sport Psychology
Counselling
Dietetics
Osteopathy
Social Work
Massage Therapy
Occupational Therapy
General Psychology
Naturopathy

We are excited to continue building a multidisciplinary team that supports collaboration, referral pathways, and holistic client care.

As one of our founding clinicians, you'll also have the opportunity to provide input into the final clinic setup to ensure treatment spaces support both clinician and client needs.

About You

We'd love to hear from Speech Pathologists who:

Hold Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status or are eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Have professional indemnity insurance (or are willing to obtain it)
Hold or are willing to obtain an ABN
Are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-informed, and client-centred care
Enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Are excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a new clinic
