Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Baker and Patisserie chef to join our friendly team in Eastern Suburbs , VIC. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with fresh ingredients and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality baked goods items. This is a permanent role with early start.

What you'll be doing

Preparing a range of baked goods including breads, donuts , Danish ,rolls, pastries, cakes, and slices using traditional and modern baking techniques.
Following established recipes to ensure consistency and quality
Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and adhering to food safety standards
Assisting with general kitchen duties and supporting the team where required
Contributing ideas and developing new products

What we're looking for

· Reliable , punctual and motivated

· A passion for baking and working with fresh ingredients

· Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency

· Strong attention to cleanliness and organisation

· A positive attitude and willingness to help out in a team environment

· Minimum 1 year baking experience

· Commercial bakery experience is required

· This position is suitable for an experienced baker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,840.51 – $70,483.31 per year
