Full-Time or Part Time min. .40 FTE (2 days per week), Continuing position
Melbourne (Bundoora) location
Classification: HEO5 - Base salary from $84,084 + 17% superannuation
Hybrid work model support

About the position

This role contributes to effective day‑to‑day administration, supports staff and stakeholders, and helps maintain a positive and professional service environment.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; OR completion of a diploma with at least two years of relevant experience; OR completion of a Certificate IV with extensive relevant experience; OR completion of a post‑trades certificate with extensive (typically 2+ years) relevant experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Ability to develop a conceptual understanding of relevant policies, procedures and systems, and apply them appropriately.
Ability to take initiative, innovate and take responsibility for outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage workflows and meet deadlines.
