Join the Probe CX team as a Customer Care Representative at our new Bundall Contact Centre on the Gold Coast. We are seeking Full-Time or Part-Time team members who believe every interaction makes a real difference in a person's life.

Our centre is conveniently located in the heart of Bundall, surrounded by cafes. We are just a 10-minute drive from Southport, Surfers Paradise, and Broadbeach, and 20 minutes from Labrador, Runaway Bay, and Helensvale, offering ample parking and easy access to public transport.

Day in the life of a Customer Care Representative

Be a Customer Champion: You'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our older Australians, their families & carers - by assisting them in accessing different types of care packages & services available with My Aged Care - you will be making a meaningful difference.

Your skills to pay the bills

A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Problem-solving prowess and the ability to think on your feet
Proficiency with technology and ability to navigate across multiple platforms and software
Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but a fantastic attitude and eagerness to learn are essential!

Think you've got the right attitude but not all the experience? No problem. We believe in hiring for potential & passion, not just experience. If you have previously worked in retail, hospitality, admin or a call centre - we value your transferrable skills! If you're a quick learner with great communication skills, we want to hear from you. We provide all the training you need to succeed!

The must-haves

Full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
A National Police clearance - satisfactory requirements to be met-we cover the costs
Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm; & Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Full time 38 hours per week or Part-time 30 hours per week across 5 days.
