Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, efficient service and anticipate guest needs throughout the night.
Manage check ins, check outs, guest accounts, and nightly audit tasks with accuracy.
Ensure all revenue and payments are correctly posted and reconcile any discrepancies.
Action reservations, messages, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and the Nigh Manager to prepare rooms and resolve guest issues.
Maintain strong communication, uphold hotel policies, and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
Support other departments and complete additional duties as required.
