Personal Trainer – Rise Co (Burleigh)

Casual | $40 per hour + Super | 10–15 hours to start

Location: Burleigh, QLD

About Us

Rise Co is a boutique private gym located in Burleigh, known for our welcoming community and personalised training experience. We are expanding our coaching team and are seeking a motivated and professional Personal Trainer to join us. This role is ideal for a coach who wants stability, mentorship, and a genuine opportunity to grow into full-time hours.

What We Offer

$40 net per hour + superannuation
Casual position starting at 10–15 hours per week room full time
All clients provided — no rent or fees
Commission instinctive for bringing in own clients
Mentoring and development with of our Head Coaches
A supportive team environment within a boutique private facility
A clear growth pathway into a full-time position

About the Role

You will deliver high-quality personal training sessions and small group training, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to our positive gym culture. Our team will support your development as you take on more clients and responsibility over time.

Requirements

Certificate III & IV in Fitness
Previous personal training and group training experience
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients progress
Professional, reliable, and community-oriented
