What you'll be doing

Building trusted relationships that help children, young people, and families feel supported, heard, and confident to move forward.
Working alongside families in their homes and communities to strengthen everyday skills, independence, and wellbeing.
Helping people connect with the services, education, employment, and community supports that make a lasting difference.
Collaborating with Child Safety and other local services to create practical, coordinated support around each family.
Seeing the impact of your work through stronger relationships, positive progress, and meaningful outcomes over time.

You're the right person if...

You genuinely care about supporting children, young people, and families to thrive.
You build trust easily and approach people with empathy, respect, and a strengths-based mindset.
You're confident working independently while staying connected with your team and other professionals.
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts as required
Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid and CPR (current or willing to obtain)
Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification (completed or in progress) in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field
