Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure pristine conditions
Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health guidelines
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits
Utilize janitorial equipment effectively and safely to achieve optimal cleaning results
Follow established cleaning protocols for commercial facilities such as offices, retail stores, or hospitality venues

Qualifications

Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction methods
Strong understanding of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning products and equipment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely
Experience with laundry processes and general custodial duties is a plus
Valid work authorization with a reliable work history demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail
