Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers across the Southwest region. Based out of our Bunbury branch, this full-time, permanent role is all about diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Caterpillar equipment, and providing high quality warranty support.

What You’ll Do:
- Attending customer sites and diagnosing equipment faults
- Performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing on mining and marine equipment
- Managing work orders and warranty support
- Driving Product Improvement Plans and Support Programs
- Safety focused while helping our customers meet their reliability targets
Skills and Experience:
- An Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate
- A valid Australian driver’s license (LR minimum)
- High Risk Work Licenses (LF, DG, WP, WAH)
- Refrigerant Handling License - Desirable
- Diagnostic experience utilising CAT SIS & CAT ET
Roster Options:
- 9 Days On, 5 Days Off 10.5hrs (Inclusive of 30minute unpaid meal break)
- 10 Days On, 4 Days Off 10.5hrs (Inclusive of 30minute unpaid meal break)
