The Role
The successful applicant will provide high-level administrative support to the Student Services team, delivering a professional customer service function for students, staff, parents and external stakeholders. They will maintain and manage student attendance, behaviour and wellbeing records through school information systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with Departmental requirements.
The role includes monitoring and reporting on student attendance and engagement, preparing reports and correspondence, supporting intervention and case management processes, and liaising with families and school staff to promote positive student outcomes. The successful applicant will also contribute to the development and review of administrative procedures and Student Services processes, while providing administrative support for school events, excursions, projects and other operational requirements as requested.
The ability to maintain confidentiality, possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and work collaboratively as part of a Student Services team will be highly regarded.

Eligibility
To work with us, you must:
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
