About the role

We're looking for a skilled Forklift operator (license essential) with experience in loading and unloading of goods to support operations in our Upper Swan facility.

You'll enjoy a 38 hour, Monday - Friday work week with options for weekend overtime work. We have a great team environment, with many existing long-term employees who take a lot of pride in what they do.

Aspects of the role include:

OH&S conscience
Forklift operation including moving palletised stock, loading and unloading of trucks
Preparing stock for warehousing
Site cleaning and general housekeeping duties to reduce waste and potential safety hazards
Manual handling as required
Attention to detail
RF Scanning
Some data entry/ computer skills required
Some packing
Flexibility to cover shift work in a 24/5 operation (plus optional overtime available on weekends)
Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Skills and experience

Ideally, you should have experience working in a factory and operating a forklift within an FMCG environment. You will have a great work attitude, be skilled at managing your time and highly reliable. You must also be committed to maintaining high standards of workplace safety and working in a team environment.
