About Us

Construct Outdoors is a growing Brisbane landscaping company specialising in high-quality residential landscape construction. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship and building outdoor spaces that last.

Our projects include:

Retaining walls
Timber and aluminium fencing
Decks
Concrete works
Paving
Turf and planting
Excavation and earthworks
Fibreglass pool surrounds
General landscape construction

We're looking for a reliable Landscape Labourer who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in producing quality work.

About the Role

You'll work alongside experienced landscapers on a variety of residential projects across Brisbane. Every day is different, and you'll gain experience across all areas of landscape construction.

Duties include:

Assisting with excavation and earthworks
Installing fencing, retaining walls and decks
Concreting and paving
Turf, planting and irrigation
Loading and unloading materials
Operating hand and power tools
Keeping sites clean, safe and organised
Assisting machine operators where required

What We're Looking For

Reliable with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
White Card (essential)
Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
Construction or landscaping experience preferred but not essential
Excavator, skid steer or truck licences are an advantage
Ability to work well within a team
