Registered Nurse – General Surgical Ward / Orthopaedics Surgical Ward | Buderim Hospital

Employment Term: Permanent Part Time Opportunities Available

Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast QLD

Remuneration: $42.50 - $54.62 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our Buderim Hospital team

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurse to work in our 2 surgical wards - General Surgery/Paediatrics and Orthopaedics.

You will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.

What makes a difference for us?

Minimum of 12 months’ experience in an acute care/hospital setting

Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration

Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements

Desire for ongoing professional development

Availability to work across a 24/7 fortnightly rotating roster

Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
