We are a well-established Sunshine Coast practice known for delivering high-quality therapy and comprehensive assessments within a structured, supportive, and forward-thinking environment. Our systems and support structures are intentionally designed to reduce friction and allow psychologists to focus on meaningful client outcomes.
We are seeking a General Registered Psychologist to join our team, commencing from a minimum of 3 days per week.
This role may suit a psychologist who wants to:

- The option to add variety across therapy and assessment work
- Expand into assessment work over time (optional, not mandatory)
- Work within a clinic that values both clinical excellence and sustainable practice
Why Thriving Minds?
A clinic designed to support psychologists well
We have intentionally built systems, workflows, and operational support structures that allow psychologists to focus on delivering quality clinical care rather than becoming overwhelmed by administration and disorganisation.
You'll be supported by:

- Established templates, workflows, and streamlined systems
- Consistent referral pathways and strong local demand
- Clear operational structure and expectations

- Later start / later finish schedules (e.g. 12pm–8pm or 1pm–9pm)
- Part-time or full-time arrangements
Sessions are scheduled to support appropriate breaks, workflow consistency, and genuine team connection, including shared lunches and collaborative time across the week.
The Role
- 3 days per week (minimum)
- Deliver therapy, assessments, or a combination of both
- Approximately 5–6 client sessions per day, supported by strong administrative and operational systems
- Actively manage your caseload, including rebooking and client follow-up
- Complete notes and reports in a timely manner
- Work within clear systems, processes, and clinical expectations
We provide structured onboarding and gradual integration into the role to support confidence, consistency, and long-term success.
Professional development and clinical growth
We are passionate about supporting clinicians to continue developing their confidence, skills, and areas of interest throughout their careers.
You will have access to:
- Monthly catered team lunches and in-house professional development
- Individual and group supervision (minimum monthly)
- Ongoing ad hoc clinical and leadership support
- CPD budget and/or paid CPD leave
- Opportunities to build skills in assessment work if desired
- Access to The Training Centre @ TMP and additional professional development opportunities in Adult ADHD assessment and neurodevelopmental practice
We value long-term professional growth and enjoy supporting clinicians to develop their interests, confidence, and career direction over time.
Innovative and forward-thinking
We utilise evolving systems, technology, and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and support clinicians in delivering high-quality care.
This Role Will Suit Someone Who:
- Wants to work within a well-run and supportive private practice
- Appreciates clear expectations and strong operational support
- Values collaboration, professionalism, and consistency
- Wants meaningful professional growth opportunities
