What you will be doing
As a Community Occupational Therapist, you’ll join a warm, skilled Allied Health team delivering holistic, evidence-based support that helps people stay independent, active, and connected to the life they love.

Your day might include:

Completing assessments and prescribing equipment to make daily life easier
Recommending exercises and strategies that support independence
Working closely with customers, carers, and community partners to tailor care
Sharing knowledge with the team and contributing to service improvements

On offer is a permanent full-time position based on the Sunshine Coast.

You will Thrive in this role if you

Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
Have experience supporting older people with OT care in the community
Are confident on the road, with a current driver’s licence and insured vehicle
Communicate with warmth and clarity, building trust with ease
Are tech-savvy and detail-oriented, keeping notes and plans up to date
Stay committed to learning – from First Aid refreshers to professional networks
Know how to motivate others and support people with complex needs
Hold (or are willing to get) First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check
