S & J Plumbing, established in 2007 and proudly servicing the Yarrambat / Epping area and surrounds, is seeking a motivated Plumber to join our growing team. For over 15 years, S & J Plumbing has built a reputation for reliable, high-quality plumbing solutions. We value professionalism, safety, and customer service.

Location:14 Chadderton Blvd., Epping, VIC 3076.

Salary: $79,423.00 + superannuation

Hours: Full Time - 38 hours per week

Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be working across residential, light commercial, and caravan plumbing projects, carrying out a variety of tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required
Setting out and installing hot and cold water systems and associated equipment
Installing water-based fire protections systems, including fire hydrants, hose reels and sprinkler systems
Designing and installing sanitary plumbing and water supply systems, discharge pipes and sanitary fixtures
Fabricating and installing soil and waste stacks
Assembling and installing mechanical services plant, air handling and conditioning equipment and small bore heating systems
Installing sewerage and effluent pumping equipment and disposal systems
Installing below-ground drainage systems and associated ground support systems
Installing, maintaining and repairing gas mains, piping systems downstream of the billing meter, and appliances and ancillary equipment associated with the use of fuel gases
Fabricating and installing metal roofing, rainwater goods and flashings

Essential Criteria:

Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and co-workers;
Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment;
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment;
Passion to adhere to the ethos of our company;

Qualifications:

Relevant trade qualifications in the field;

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
