Role accountabilities:
Joining our national Environmental Restoration team, you will gain experience across a variety of contaminated land and restoration projects. You will spend time in the field undertaking site sampling and completing inspections as part of Detailed Site Inspections. You will also work alongside a team with a strong senior presence, learning from Associate Technical Directors, Technical Directors, and Senior Technical Directors who are experts in their field and passionate about sharing their experience with the next generation of consultants.
Qualification & Experience:
Above all, you are motivated by improving quality of life. You share our values of People First, Collaboration, Sustainability, Client Success, and Integrity. You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently completed a degree in Environmental Engineering or Science. You will also bring:
- A strong interest in the work we do across engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, and digital innovation.
- Well-developed Arcadian capabilities, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, a growth mindset, and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
